Shipping & Returns
- We offer flat rate shipping of $6.95 per order within the USA. All orders are shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment.
Customers are notified upon shipment and domestic orders are provided with a USPS delivery confirmation number.
- Insurance is not included but can be purchased for an additional charge. Just let us know! We will not be held responsible for uninsured delivery.
- We do not allow pick up at this time.
- International buyers must contact us prior to purchase for shipping quote. If quote is not acquired prior to purchase , an invoice will be sent for additional shipping charges. Order will not ship until shipping charges are paid in full.
- International orders will be weighed and charged exact shipping cost via USPS First Class (Under 4 Lbs) or Priority (Over 4 Lbs).
- What is Your Return Policy?
We want you to be happy with all your purchases. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 3 days after receipt of your merchandise. We will send you complete instructions on how to return the merchandise and receive a full refund. We will ask you for the reason you want to return the item in order to better serve our customers in the future.
- Please note: Shipping costs can not be refunded. Shipping charge will be deducted from the total amount before refund on all returns. Item must be returned in the condition in which it was shipped to you. No returns will be accepted for worn or
damaged items. New items must still have tags attached.
- What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
- We accept PayPal and Money Order.
- Payment is due upon checkout when using Paypal.
- Payment is due within 7 days of purchase when using Money Order. All Money Orders are to be in USA funds only.
- Please note: We do not accept personal checks of any kind at this time.
- In an effort to prevent fraudulent activity, your order is subject to acceptance by Little Shoppe on Web Street and may be refused for reasons such as credit concerns, unusual volumes, past records or shipping addresses.
